1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Pipedrive OÜ ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of our programming education services.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Pipedrive OÜ provides programming education services for children aged 6-17 years, including:
- Beginner Coding courses (Ages 6-9)
- Intermediate Programming courses (Ages 10-13)
- Advanced Coding courses (Ages 14-17)
- Online and in-person instruction in English
- Course materials and resources
- Progress tracking and certificates
3. Enrollment and Registration
3.1 Eligibility
Our services are designed for children aged 6-17. Parent or guardian consent is required for all enrollments. Students must meet the prerequisites for their chosen course level.
3.2 Registration Process
To enroll, you must provide accurate and complete information including student details, parent/guardian information, and emergency contacts. Enrollment is subject to availability and course capacity.
3.3 Acceptance
Enrollment applications are subject to review and acceptance by Pipedrive OÜ. We reserve the right to decline enrollment at our discretion.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Course Fees
- Beginner Coding: €25 per month
- Intermediate Programming: €35 per month
- Advanced Coding: €45 per month
4.2 Payment Schedule
Fees are payable monthly in advance. Payment is due by the first day of each month. Late payments may result in suspension of access to course materials and classes.
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified during enrollment. All fees are quoted in Euros (EUR).
4.4 Registration Fee
A one-time registration fee may apply for new students to cover administrative costs and initial course materials.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellation
You may cancel enrollment with 30 days written notice. Refunds for the current month will be prorated based on completed classes. Registration fees are non-refundable.
5.2 Company Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or other circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or transfer to another suitable course.
5.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
6. Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to:
- Attend classes regularly and punctually
- Participate actively and respectfully in all activities
- Complete assignments and projects as required
- Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect
- Follow all safety guidelines and instructions
- Not disrupt the learning environment
7. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
Parents/guardians are responsible for:
- Ensuring timely payment of all fees
- Providing accurate contact and emergency information
- Supporting their child's learning and attendance
- Communicating any concerns or changes promptly
- Ensuring their child has necessary equipment for online classes
- Supervising their child during online sessions as appropriate
8. Code of Conduct
8.1 Acceptable Behavior
All participants must maintain respectful, inclusive, and supportive behavior. Discrimination, bullying, or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
8.2 Technology Use
Students must use technology and course materials responsibly and only for educational purposes. Sharing login credentials or course materials with non-enrolled individuals is prohibited.
8.3 Disciplinary Actions
Violations of our code of conduct may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the program without refund.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Course Materials
All course materials, curricula, and content are the property of Pipedrive OÜ and are protected by copyright laws. Students may use materials for personal learning but may not redistribute or commercialize them.
9.2 Student Work
Students retain ownership of their original programming projects and assignments. However, we may showcase student work for promotional purposes with proper attribution and consent.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pipedrive OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course in question.
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or technical failures.
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative learning options or appropriate compensation.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Material changes affecting existing students will be communicated via email with at least 30 days notice.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through the Estonian court system.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any enrollment agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pipedrive OÜ regarding our services.
